The Moreno Group was initially founded in 1985 as an offshore service company, specializing in interconnecting piping fabrication, associated pipe installation/commissioning and offshore maintenance services. Through strategic acquisitions, it has evolved to be one of the premier global hookup and commissioning contractors based in the Gulf of Mexico.

Since being purchased by current CEO, Mike Moreno, in 1998, The Moreno Group has grown into a full-service construction company and continues to uphold strong core values of safety and quality.
